Dear Pinole Community,

There’s one thing that’s clear now more than ever: our community is strong, and we must support one another if we’re going to get through these difficult times.

Therefore, our team at Visit Pinole put together a few resources we felt would be helpful at this time. Visit Pinole is an incubator to support economic growth, tourism, and community engagement in Pinole, California. We encourage you to stay connected by using #VisitPinole on social media and engage with our Facebook group and our Instagram page.

PPD is expanding its video reporting service and will be offering it 24 hours, 7 days per week. When reporting incidents to dispatch, it is encouraged to take advantage of videos and telephone reporting.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Meals on Wheels — Contra Costa
In need of volunteers to help deliver meals to home-bound seniors. Drivers needed from 11:00am — 1:00pm Mondays through Fridays. Email wccmow@att.net or call (510) 412–0166 if you’re interested in serving and making a difference.

Donate Supplies to Help Healthcare Providers
In need of extra goggles, wipes, masks, or medical gowns. Donate them to Contra Costa County at sites in West, Central, and East County. They’ll get them in the hands of doctors and nurses in need.
